		<description>Thank you for this post.  Any additional advice to young people having to deal with immaturity in their teachers, youth leaders or parents?  In discussing this issue with my kids, who are in various stages of maturing, I face the challenge of how to advise them on this.  I want to make sure they don&#039;t develop arrogant or disrespectful attitudes towards those in authority over them.  And yet there are times where they must respond, in some way, to the immature behavior from those in charge.</description>
