Great newsletter. Encourage Denise in her swimming endeavor. I took up running at age 44 two years ago and my knees are actually still working. Also got talked into a couple of half-marathons but that’s another story…

Which “Family Guy” character do you relate to the most, iMonk?
I love that show, and hate myself for loving it. Every episode I watch, I think, “I really shouldn’t be watching this.” But I can’t help myself. The comedy is dead-on.
