Thanks for the recommendations. Both of the sermons of Ian Cron that were posted when I visited the link (the one about the unjust steward and the Lost Sheep, Coins, Sons) were amazing.

yep – st. peter’s is great, especially for their accessability. i went there having VERY little background in liturgical church and enjoyed the service very much.

Thanks for these, Michael. After growing up in a Bible/Baptist church, I'm honestly a little surprised to find out how deeply the "high church" format ministers to me. One I've visited several times is Rev. Canon David Roseberry at Christ Church in Plano, TX. I'm not sure it's "lectionary preaching," as this is a new term for me, but he does handle tough questions with great humility - and no three step easy answers.

I just happened to be in Tallahassee at St. Peter’s this past weekend and was able to hear that sermon twice (once in the morning Mass and once for their new Veritas Mass [contemporary music and liturgy]). The community there is awesome and incredibly welcoming. I hope that I get the opportunity to go back again.
